Alongside his work as a performer, he develops his own artistic projects and collaborations. He studied at SEAD (Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance) and completed the BODHI PROJECT postgraduate programme in Salzburg. He is currently enrolled in the master’s programme
Movement Research and Analysis at Anton Bruckner University in Linz.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
SHIVER is a choreographic self-dialogue exploring the poetic force of fragility, asserting itself and transforming within a field of tension between vulnerability and strength. NOT YET, a solo created and performed by Luan de Lima, reflects on the cost of belonging and what remains of a person who refuses to disappear within the need for acceptance. HOW TO HOLD AS WALKING BECOMES SOMETHING ELSE develops a space of resonance where transformation itself becomes a choreographic principle — a continuous reordering of what has been and what can become.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
CieLAROQUE was founded in 1995 by choreographer Helene Weinzierl and is today considered one of the most internationally present companies within the Austrian dance scene. Since its beginnings, the company has developed a distinctive artistic language at the intersection of
contemporary dance and performance, often engaging with current social and political issues. Their productions are characterised by physical precision, high performance quality, and an opening of traditional stage formats towards interaction and new ways of encountering audiences. The company has received numerous national and international awards for its work.
